  28. PQ (Province of Quebec) was changed to QC (QuebeC) many years ago, leaving
  29. DC (District of Columbia) as the only place I can think of that has a
  30. classification name as part of the abbreviation.

  32. If you get a subscription with QC will your software choke, or will you
  33. just pass it on to the Canadian postal service which fortunately can
  34. handle both abbreviations?
